Step 1 - Roll the dough to a thickness of 6mm (1/4 inch). Pro Tip - Chill dough for 30 mins before rolling, or lightly dust with flour to prevent sticking. Step 2 - Press the stamp (embosser) into the dough. Step 3 - Place the cutter around the stamp. Step 4 - Remove the stamp, then press the cutter down to cut through the dough. Step 5 - Remove excess dough and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes. Step 6 - Done! Allow Biscuits to cool completely before placing them in bags.
